Condition:

Closer inspection under ultraviolet light reveals a normal fluorescence of artist's pigments, and no signs of restoration. The canvas has areas of cracking in the pigments, most notably in the central sky area and has exhibits lines where it has sagged on the stretcher bars. The canvas needs a light cleaning. The piece is framed in a carved dark brown frame with a narrow linen liner. The frame is in good condition showing normal wear and slight corner separation
